American Public Education to Webcast Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2012 Results Conference Call

CHARLES TOWN, W.Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 14, 2013-- American Public Education, Inc. (NASDAQ: APEI) – parent company of online learning provider American Public University System, which operates through American Military University and American Public University – plans to release fourth quarter and full-year 2012 results after the close of U.S. financial markets on February 28, 2013.

A live webcast of its third quarter and full-year 2012 earnings conference call will be broadcast at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on Thursday, February 28, 2013. This call will be open to listeners through the webcast section of the Company's investor relations website, www.AmericanPublicEducation.com. A replay of the live webcast will also be available starting approximately one hour after the conclusion of the live conference call.
